A great day for a family Hike!!UP early & hit the trail. OK limited trail. Mostly river forging and cross rock hiking. HUGE mnts of ICE. Kore was a trooper. Got both feet wet and still kept going. Heading into town late afternoon to a pub for pizza and pool. Then drove up North through the National Park into Greymounth for the night.

AGlacier melt created many great water falls along the valley floor.
